The beautiful colors and cooler temperatures of Fall set the perfect stage for home selling. Try out these tips to increase your business.

  • Organize a plan. Even the most successful real estate agents can benefit from analyzing past data. It’s a good idea to make a spreadsheet of all your past transactions. See if you can identify any similarities on past deals, and focus on targeting your efforts to similar audiences in Fall.
  • Register for a .Realtor Domain. Starting Oct. 23rd, real estate agents will be able to register for their own.Realtor domain through the National Association of Realtors.
  • Take advantage of seasonal décor. Take advantage of the Fall decorations, and events. You can use these photos year-round.
  • Participate in events. The Fall and Winter seasons bring plenty of opportunities to get involved. You could sponsor a holiday themed event, host your own, or give out prizes at a popular event. Giving back to the community is a great way to get leads and increase awareness about your business.
  • Hold early showings. Days are shorter in Fall. It might be best to forego evening showings. Try to take advantage of block parties or neighborhood events by scheduling open houses on the same day.
  • Reach out to your top contacts. Do something holiday themed for prospective leads on a weekly basis to foster a great relationship for future sales.
