Down Payment resources (DPR) link for realtors to help homebuyers find available homeownership programs.

Mountain West Financial has a tool available for realtors to have their own link to a web-based Down Payment Resource (DPR) center, DPR helps bridge the down payment gap for homebuyers and connects them with resources they many not have otherwise known existed. 

 

 

 

Using this icon above in your signature line or on your website, your clients have the ability to use a web-based tool to search by city or address for public and private-funded programs for which they may qualify, including affordable fixed-rate mortgages, rehab loans and more. The program will let the client know how many programs are matched with their property and household information, and it will supply both the realtor and the Loan Originator with a copy of the lead.
