  2. Market yourself. You want everyone to know what you do for a living. This will increase your credibility as well as your future referral business.
  3. Respond quickly. In todays face based world, no one likes to wait so the best way to set yourself apart is to simply respond to your clients. Its all about convenience and expertise.
  4. Embrace your agent community. You want to embrace your fellow agents because you never know when you have a buyer for their listing or vice versa. Look for fellow agents that provide the same reputation that you have in order to make your transactions smooth for everyone involved.
  5. Be personable and not pushy. When you are out and about looking to increase your business, make sure to not be too pushy as this will turn clients away. Simply offer insight and let the potential client know that you provide the attention and service that all clients deserve.
