Are you looking to improve your daily routine in 2017? According to the NAR, the average realtor works 40 hours a week. Here’s a great example of how a typical week should look in order to become a successful realtor in 2017.
8:00AM : Starting morning coffee while addressing early-bird clients either by email, text, etc.
9:00 AM: Check the MLS for new listings and local market info.
10:00 AM: Initiate contact for new leads and prospects.
11:00 AM: Follow up on emails and calls to past leads.
12:00PM: Every lunch should be a meeting whether it is with brokers, clients, or other agents. It will also be tax deductible.
1:30 PM: On the way back to the office from lunch, check out a couple of listings on the way.
2:00 PM: Plan your open house for the weekend.
3:00 PM: Develop marketing materials for active listings and attaching new clients.
5:00 PM: Host an afternoon broker preview, which is great time to network.
9:00 PM: Reply to those last minute emails.
10:00 PM: Stay available to clients 24/7, but try to get some sleep before the busy weekend ahead.
