Zillow experts predicted that 2016 is all about housing affordability. They predicted that the suburbs will be an appealing area for young and first time buyers based on affordability. Zillow also recently released their predictions for the top ten housing markets for 2016. To determine their list, Zillow looked at home value appreciation, low unemployment rates, and strong income growth. The top ten housing markets are:

5. Boise, ID
